Miss Emma is a ray of sunshine! She is just a happy baby & is always so content. The older sisters in the ward always ask me if she is always that way. I grin & proudly reply yes! We get up in the night, but she is always so sweet!

I was getting my fall decorations out, & I felt this little tap on my shoulder, low & behold as I turn around, I'm greeted by Lauren who annouces to me that she is "The Queen Princess" And that I was her helper. It was so darling & she was so serious. What a fun memory

October's RS Enrichment night was a Mommy & Daughter Halloween night.  We came all dressed up, I was Pippy Long Stocking & Lauren was a nice witch.  We decorated pumpkins, painted our fingernails, decorated cookies & had so much fun! Thanks Lauren for being my big sis! I love you so much.  Emma was dressed up in halloween pjs & was so comfy nestled in her carseat.

We grew our own pumpkin patch!

so davis is pretty excited about the HUGE pumpkin patch that grew in our very own humble garden. He just could not stop picking them.

So proud of his creation! Our dad was so awesome that he baked the seeds out of most of the pumpkins & they were yummy! Can't wait to do it again next year!

Ward Easter Egg Hunt

Being the best older brother, Davis helped Lauren find some eggs.  They could only find 10 because of how many kids there were & to make it fair.  Davis had a hard putting some back, which is to be expected.

I wanna fly!

So Davis & I were watching Toy Story & Davis came to me with great concern that he didn't have wings like Buzz.  He wanted to know how he could get some...the thought came to my mind & we created them! It was so fun.  He could hardly contain his engergy & excitement.  We had them all put on & he ran out to the tramp, where he would be able to launch himself into the sky.  With great disappointment & frustration, he couldn't figure out why his wings weren't working.  I honestly thought he was going to start crying.  I probably had built up the excitement of pretending to fly that his heart was broken.  I really felt sad.  I explained that he was going to have to use his imagination.  He quickly got over it.

What a kid! I'm the luckiest mom EVER!

Davis practically lives in his Batman costume.  Its so fulfilling to see him use his imagination & see his personality.  He is a good protector of little miss Lauren.
